Acceptance of Terms

By using Lsalad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Lsalad is a recipe discovery and cooking companion app. We provide recipes, cooking instructions, and related content for personal, non-commercial use.

User Accounts

You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Lsalad offers an optional paid subscription (“Lsalad Pro”) available as a monthly or yearly plan. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible users.

Purchasing through the App Store (iOS)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Purchasing through the website (lsalad.com)

• Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Lsalad never receives or stores your full card number.
• Your card is charged at the end of the free trial period (if applicable) or immediately upon purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can manage your subscription — including updating your payment method, switching plans, or cancelling — at any time through your account settings, which will redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@lsalad.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

General

Current pricing is displayed before purchase on lsalad.com and in the iOS app. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods. You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal.

Content

All recipes, images, and content on Lsalad are provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantees about nutritional accuracy or dietary suitability. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary advice.

Limitation of Liability

Lsalad is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lsalad after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
